Project management skills and strategies are useful in all kinds of situations, not just formal projects. This final course in the four-part Library Journal Project Management Certification focuses on closing projects, reflecting on outcomes, and collecting meaningful data to demonstrate impact.
You will learn how to close contracts, conduct performance reviews, manage transitions, and reflect with your team to strengthen relationships and refine processes for future projects. Leave with actionable strategies to communicate your project’s impact and iterate for even greater success.
