COURSE POLICIES
Online Course Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at least 3 full business days before a live class or on-demand course starts for a full refund. Email course-support@libraryjournal.com with cancellation requests.
- After that, no refunds are available. If you enroll in an on-demand course that has already started, you will receive automatic access to materials and therefore will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
- Before accessing content, you may transfer your enrollment to another course (equal/lesser value or pay the difference) or to another person. Email course-support@libraryjournal.com to request a transfer.
- Once course content is accessed, no refunds or transfers are allowed.
- For course bundles/certification series, cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted at least 3 full business days before the start of the first course in the series.
Course Extension Policy
- All courses include 6 months of access to complete the course.
- In the event a student is unable to complete a course by the deadline, an extension request may be submitted.
- Delays in accessing your registration, perceived difficulty of the course, or not using effective time management skills will not be considered as the basis for an extension.
- To request an extension, you must fill out this extension application form at least five business days prior to the end of the course. There will be a $50 extension fee to cover instructional and administrative costs involved in the extension.
Group Discount Policy
- Discounts are applied per order.
- If someone cancels and the group no longer qualifies for the same discount, we will adjust pricing for the remaining tickets, and you will be billed for the difference.
- Group discounts cannot be combined with promo codes or other special offers.
Special Discounts & Promo Codes
- Discounts and promos are valid only during the stated period and cannot be applied retroactively to existing orders.
- Only one discount or promo code can be used per order (no stacking).
