ARE YOU JUST MANAGING YOUR TEAM, OR ARE YOU ACTUALLY LEADING THEM?

  • You're good at getting things done, but you're not sure your team is growing
  • Onboarding, offboarding, and building culture feel like things you learned on the fly (or not at all)
  • You want to be the kind of manager who invests in growing your people

This course gives public library managers the coaching and mentoring skills to build teams that are engaged, capable, and genuinely glad to show up.
