Live sessions via Zoom: Failures, Fumbles, and Flops: Teen Edition is the unconference where teen services practitioners get real. In a peer-driven, open-agenda format, participants will share genuine stories of programs that flopped, engagement strategies that missed, and the hard-won insights that came out of it all. No curated highlight reels, no polished takeaways, just practitioners helping each other get better at one of the most rewarding and unpredictable areas of library work. Asynchronous workshop: On-demand project-based modules connecting what you’re learning to your professional practice. Includes peer-to-peer sharing via discussion forums.
