This course gives public library workers a practical, community-centered framework for conducting accessibility audits, collecting meaningful data, and turning what you learn into real change. ABOUT THIS COURSEYou can't build a more accessible library without first understanding who it's not working for. Live sessions via Zoom: The most accurate assessment of your library's accessibility won't come from a checklist, it'll come from your community. In this course, you'll learn how to gather honest community input on accessibility, design "secret shopper" audits that bring in perspectives from community members and local organizations, and collect the data you receive in ways that are actually useful. More importantly, you'll learn what to do once the data is in: how to prioritize, communicate findings, and build a path toward a library that works better for everyone.
